Zellers instore media network was designed to provide department-specific content on featured products, and to move customers to other areas to shop within the store. This program had 20 screens installed across all participating stores. As a result of the positive impact this program had on sales, many vendors produced multiple spots. Our services included project consulting, content strategy, creative development, content production and content management.
Zellers recognized they needed to motivate and recognize the efforts of their store staff. The objective of this video was to involve staff, and make them proud of where they worked – a fun place where teamwork made it that way. Using an original music track, we produced a motivational video that starred and included staff. As a team, they sang the lyrics and had a good time. In the ensuing months, they provided an increased level of customer service.
